WORK PROCESS

The interior is considered the soul of the house, where the owners enjoy and unwind with their family and relatives. Therefore, designing an interior is always a multi-step process that combines both scientific and artistic elements. Working with the intention of making customers’ passions and desires become the work’s aesthetic and practical appeal, the designer team at TPA Decor follows a standard process consisting of 6 steps.

Step 1: Gather data and accept design requests.

In the meeting, TPA DECOR will have a conversation with customers in order to fully understand what the customer’s wishes, tastes, and demands are. In addition, we also offer the most suitable advice about interiors to satisfy customers’ needs.

Step 2: Survey house conditions.

The architects at TPA DECOR will start by assessing the current condition of the customer’s home in order to determine the necessary details, so they can guarantee that the design is perfectly appropriate for reality.

Step 3: Create a sketch plan

TPA DECOR’s architects will design a 2D interior layout sketch drawing based on information gathered to assist customers in making decisions (about 2-3 days).

Step 4: Sign the design contract.

TPA DECOR and customers will begin to sign the contract.
Then, the suggestions and requirements of the customers will be turned into the ideal design, setting up the premise for finishing the customer’s interior project.

Step 5: Deploy 3D and technical drawings.

The designer team carries out a second survey of the ground in detail, starts to design 3D drawings, and deploys 2D technical drawings.
Architects and customers exchange, adjust, and reach an agreement on interior design.

Step 6: Hand over the design documentation.

To wrap up the process, TPA DECOR will send customers a file including all the information about the design.
In case customers agree on 3D design drawings and quote production costs, the production-construction agreement will be signed.
